Join Us?
Bangladeshi citizen aged between 18 and 60 years
Permanent resident of VERC branch operational catchment area
Active member of an accredited VERC Village Development Organization (Somiti)
Engaged in viable income-generating trade, agriculture, livestock, or micro-enterprise
Free from active non-performing debt with formal financial regulators

Growth.
Community Survey & Group Formation
Our field officers visit target villages and slums to meet potential borrowers, explain microfinance rules, and assist in forming a 15-25 member solidarity group (Somiti).
Financial Literacy & Orientation
Group members undergo interactive training covering budget planning, savings discipline, enterprise development, and loan repayment terms.
Application & Peer Verification
Borrowers submit simple one-page loan proposals detailing their micro-enterprise or household need, endorsed and guaranteed by peer group members.
Approval & Fund Disbursement
Following swift branch manager assessment, loan funds are disbursed directly in cash at the branch or through secure mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad).
